The most blunt way to say it is “Hey, your fly is open”.
(一番ストレートは言い方は、”Hey, your fly is open”. )
I think it’s uncomfortable for most people so they’ll just say things like “Uhm…” and then kind of quickly look at your fly then back at you so they’ll know.
(たいていの人は言われて心地よくないと思うから、”Uhm…” って言って、ズボンのチャックをさっと見てまた顔を見る、すると、わかってくれる。)
Or they might do it by also quickly pointing to it.
(それか、さっと指をさしながらすることもある)
We usually don’t do it for too long nor say any words because we don’t want to draw too much attention to it or embarrass them.
(あんまり、そこを注目したり、恥ずかしがらせたくないから、長いこと指さしたりしたり、言葉で言ったりはあんまりしないです。)
As children we say “XYZ” which stands for (e)Xamine Your Zipper.
(子供の場合は、”XYZ”といって、それは、ズボンのチャックを調べてみてを略しています。)
This is a very childish way to say.
（とっても子供じみた言い方です。）
