ほんと、英会話スクールの事務作業にはいろんな英語が必要ですね。

How are you?
Our school accountant asked us to answer two questions for the end-of-the-year tax calculation.
A. Are you working only at HAYA or do you work for more than one company?
B. Do you have any company that you have submitted an “application for exemption for dependents(扶養控除申告書)” to?
I have asked some of you already in person, but please reply to this mail as well to avoid any misunderstanding.
